Evelyn has been instrumental in my personal growth journey as well as my career development. Through her one-on-one coaching sessions, Evelyn has helped me hone in on where I want to go, what goals I want to achieve and how to get around perceived obstacles. She is able to look at seemingly complicated scenarios and offer simple solutions that are practical and doable.

Evelyn has also helped me tremendously with my confidence and helping me shift my thinking around self limiting beliefs and negative self talk. Today I am more confident in accomplishing anything I set my mind to.

She has been a great support system to me and she genuinely wants to help her clients succeed in their goals.

I reached out to Evelyn when I was really struggling with which direction I wanted to take professionally.  At that point, I had been working professionally for nearly 20 years. I was feeling directionless, and frankly, confused, on what my next steps should be.  I did not want to be 'stuck' for the next 25 years, just working only for the paycheck.

 

Evelyn right away, HEARD ME.  She listened with no judgement, and came prepared with a series of questions that helped me examine my thoughts, my feelings and overall what the root cause of my challenge was.  The questions were never suggestions, but open ended in a way that caused me to truly reflect and dig deep and explore why I was feeling stuck, and helped me identify just what my next steps would be.   The most meaningful experience came when I did some work around my 'inner critic',  That was truly eye opening. Recognizing how this critic was interfering with my ambition to move forward, was the breakthrough I needed.

 

Under Evelyn's guidance, I am now able to recognize what my inner critic is telling me, how that is false, and to counter these doubts with more meaningful action.  I am not able to more constructively formulate my goals, and set clear objectives to reach those goals.  I have a clear professional goal I want to reach, and I am able to slowly take steps to reach it.

 

I now look forward to my professional future, and Evelyn helped me develop the crucial skills I needed to get to this point.

My reason for seeking coaching was to improve my business. I let the corporate world to start my own business. What I am most amazed by is how honest, authentic and non-judgmental you are. When we speak, I am the only one in the room, the only one that matters. Coming from the corporate world and living in a busy house of  people, this is definitely hard to come by.

I received so much more then business coaching! I was seen and treated as an individual first. Through our sessions we uncovered needs that I didn't know existed or realized how important they are to me. Let's just say all my cards are on the table, nothing is off limits and I love every minute of it.

We are knee deep into our coaching relationship and there is so much more to uncover and work on.                             I am beaming with joy.

Evelyn helped me get out of my own head and create the life I want to live. I was on a path of destruction personally and professionally. I was literally at the end of my rope. Something had to change! I had to change ! My way of being had to change! I was focused on money, making the most amount of money way my top priority. Well I achieved that goal, but I was miserable. I had no life! So I swallowed my pride, and looked for help.  At first I was embarrassed, that I couldn't do it alone. Well I'm glad I didn't do this alone. I learned so much more about myself, my though process and most of all who I am and who I wanted to be.

The life I was living was far from the life I wanted. Through a hell of a lot of work, self reflection, deleting old habits and creating new ones to start. Led me to where I am today. HAPPY - FULFILLED - GRATEFUL.
